This is actually a comment regarding your "so called" workers wanted Job Fairs.  My son has gone to two so far.  Given that he does not have a job, this is a stress on his gas budget.  Only to be dissappointed that all is really is, is a sales pitch.  Insurance companies wanting a FREE sales staff and Technical Schools wanting students.  My son went to school to study for Welding.  No job yet and it's been 8 months.  It's not a job fair it's a sales pitch.  You are not helping, you actually cost them money they don't have.
