Wrong jobs

I have had a history of getting a job and within a 18 months to 2 years the company closing or getting downsized. I have had 4 jobs in 10 years to me that's a high number. The scariest thing for me looking in the job market now is when employers are looking at my history and seeing short term employment at no fault of my own. I am like so many others looking for that job that makes you want to jump out of bed in the morning and rush to work. I have had that kind of job and was so happy until one day the business is closed and I am without a job. Are employers as scared of hiring us as we are getting hired and business closing? Thoughts please.
