COLUMBIA, Mo.- The Missouri Tigers hit the throttle early and never let up. Missouri whipped Texas-Pan American 100-44. It was the largest margin of victory in the history of Mizzou Arena.
Kim English broke out of his recent slump in a big way. Coming off the bench, English scored a career-high 25 points. He was five of six from three-point range. He added three steals and three assists.
The Tigers finished the first half on a 46-5 run. They led 50-13 at the break. The Broncs posted the fewest first-half points in the history of the arena.
Laurence Bowers added 14 points for Missouri. Zaire Taylor chipped in 13. Missouri improved to 2-0. UT-Pan American falls to 0-4.
