COLUMBIA, Mo. – If you’re a fan of 3-point shooting, Mizzou Arena was the place to be Tuesday night.

The Missouri Tigers made 18 shots from behind the 3-point line, as they cruised past Tennessee-Chattanooga 99-56.

Mizzou improved to 3-0. The Tigers haven’t lost a home game since falling to Oklahoma State on Feb. 26, 2008.

Kim English had a huge night. He led Missouri with 26 points, which included five 3-pointers. That gave him a career-high for the second straight game.

English had 21 points just in the first half. He’s the first Tiger to score 20 in a half since Thomas Gardner on Jan. 16, 2006.

Missouri also came up big on defense. The Tigers had a school-record 24 steals against the Mocs.

Former KC Hogan Prep star Marcus Denmon scored a career-high 17 points for Mizzou. Missouri’s Miguel Paul had a career-high 14 points. That included four 3-pointers.
