COLUMBIA, Mo.- One of the top football players in the Metro will be staying close to home for college. Liberty High School standout Marcus Lucas has orally committed to play for the Missouri Tigers in 2010.
Lucas told Rivals.com on Saturday that he had committed to Missouri. The 6'5" receiver is rated by Rivals as the No. 2 player in the state. He is their 14th ranked receiver in the country.
Rivals.com currently ranks Missouri's 2010 recruiting class at No. 14 in the nation. The Tigers have commitments from four players with Four-Star ratings.
