Why do they keep signing these guys? Jack has a theory.
He has a feeling that Clark Hunt and Scott Pioli believe the league is going to have some serious labor problems. If an agreement isn’t reached by next March, then for the first time since 1993, there will be no problems. Jack says it would clearly benefit the owners. They could spend freely or spend less.
Maybe that’s why the Chiefs have stayed away from signing any big name free agents.
