It's been fixed. This is the second time in as many weeks I've seen ridiculous errors in their news stories that are fixed after someone comments on them. Maybe we should be getting paid for this.

I'am just going to take a wild guess and say if Smith was shot and killed than her condition would be gravely. Is there an editor at this news station?
