PECULIAR, Mo. – A Timber Creek Elementary School student was rushed to the hospital Wednesday afternoon after being injured at school.
Raymore-Peculiar School District Officials told NBC Action News the student suffered a leg injury after falling somewhere outside the school.
Officials say the student was conscious and the student's mother is accompanying the child to the hospital.
District officials are not releasing many more details or the extent of the injury the student suffered.
