KANSAS CITY, Mo. – A composite sketch has been released of a person of interest in the shooting death of a Harrisonville mother.

Cara Jo Roberts was found shot to death Wednesday, Nov. 5, in her home.

Her husband, Jeff, found her body in the bathtub at around 5:30 p.m.  He spoke with NBC Action News on Wednesday, the day the sketched was released.

Roberts said "I went in to the batroom, grabbed her from the water, and I went crazy.  I was wondering if she fell in."

Last Friday, an anonymous tipster called with a tip that police believe could lead to something, but Metro Squad Detective Jeff Cowdrey says he wants that tipster to call back to provide more
information.

"This (the murder) has ruined lives.  My son will never see his mom again. It just doesn't make sense," said Roberts.

The sketch is not only being posted around Harrisonville, but throughout Johnson County as well.  Roberts worked at a Johnson County insurance office.

If you recognize this person or know anything about this crime, call the TIPS Hotline at (816) 474-TIPS.
