WASHINGTON -- More cuts are coming to the U.S. Postal Service.
The postal service lost $3.8 billion this year.
That is about $1 billion more than the previous year.
The postmaster general is seeking permission from congress to cut Saturday mail delivery to save money.
He is also looking to close more offices.
