OVERLAND PARK, Kan. – Police in Overland Park and Blue Springs, Mo. said Friday they believe they have busted a family theft ring.
Detectives discovered a large pile of shoes at a Blue Springs home Friday during the investigation. Authorities also found stolen clothes and electronics.
Though police didn’t release the names of the suspects, they do believe the suspects are all from the same family.
Authorities estimate the value of stolen goods – stolen from stores in the Overland Park area - is in the thousands
Charges were pending on Friday night.
