He needs to sue the district!!! No public school can keep a student out..the johnson county elite want to keep their test scores higher to look good for the new federal testing standards.

Please do not spend more of our hard earned paychecks on take the measure of persuing this matter legally. I understand your frustration with the situation, Mr. Trannin. We all love our kids and want the best for them without question. Your son will be fine- he will end up with a finer education than most people in the world because you love him. Everything will pan out- its a speedbump, ok? As citizens of this wonderful, abundant United States of America, we must see one another periphally and take into account our brothers, our countrymen, our coworkers, our families and neighbors. This is not the time, my friend. In my line of work I speak to your friends, coworkers, families- to YOU- on a daily basis on a very intimate financial level. People are hard up. People are laid off, losing HOMES and in debt up to their eyeballs. Businesses are failing on daily basis. People are scared. There's a bigger picture that involves all those people that take I-35 to work every moring and evening with you. Those cars, those silouhettes through our windshields. We are all listening to the same morning radio programs, the same thoughts in our heads. ......did i turn the coffee pot off...check cell phone got it ok....busy day ahead...the kids... doctor appointment tomorrow come up with $60...payday in 2 days...oh payday loan is due...rent... man the news is grim...gaza....kck 2 shot and killed...ice and snow coming...great..40 TRILLION dollars wtf is THAT...what goes up must come down...its gonna be bad isnt it...i wonder if its the end of the world...oh well obama seems like a pretty good change...his wife is tall huh...lucky to have my job...oh jesus i forgot to use that coupon for an oil change...i love this song turn it up... The definition of the word 'frivilous' will have to be be greatly broadened if the country is to survive the crisis ahead. I don't think we get it yet and it frightens me, Mr. Tranin that you consider spending state funds on this.

I think the parents should hire an attorney and force the school district to follow the law and educate all kids regardless of disability. Ed Tranin needs to sue the district in court
