PV Police Unsure How Man Was Injured

PRAIRIE VILLAGE, Kan. – Police want your help in figuring out what happened to a man they found lying face down in a Prairie Village intersection.

Officers found the injured 23-year-old just before 6 a.m. Thursday in the intersection of 56th Street and State Line Road.

Investigators say the man was bleeding from several injuries and was unable to communicate with emergency personnel.

Prairie Village Patrol Commander Capt. Tim Schwartzkopf says based his injuries, the unidentified man was likely not struck by a car, but they still are unsure of what happened.
