OAK GROVE, Mo. – A man was killed late Friday in a roll-over traffic accident on Interstate 70, near Oak Grove.
The Missouri Highway Patrol identifies the victim as 31-year-old Andrew G. Warren, of Odessa, Mo. Warren was driving a pick-up truck east on I-70 about 4:30 p.m. Friday afternoon, when he lost control, ran off the side of the highway and rolled over several times.
Warren was flown by helicopter ambulance to an Independence hospital, but did not survive. Officers say he was wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident.
