LEAVENWORTH, Kan. – The woman who was charged last week in her son’s death earlier this month has been apprehended.

She was scheduled to appear in Leavenworth County court at 4 p.m. Monday.
Rivera’s boyfriend, Jason Lee Jones, was charged with murder and child abuse in the case just days after the death of 4-year-old Gabriel Rivera.
