TOPEKA, Kan. -- A legislator is being criticized for a video he posted on YouTube.

"You promised things would be different, and it looks like they are. But worse is the change that people voted for."

Rep. Bill Otto, of LeRoy, addresses his self titled "Redneck Rap" to President Obama.

Through the entire video he wears a baseball cap saying opossum is "the other dark meat."

Kansas Senate Minority Leader Anthony Hensley, a Topeka Democrat, says it's logical to conclude that the reference is to the first African-American president's race.

Otto says the opossum reference is a stereotype about rednecks not Obama.

Hensley accused Otto of showing bigotry and mocking blacks.

Otto has been posting videos on his own YouTube channel for about 18 months.

His latest was posted last month.
