KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The City of Kansas City will mail out 2,000 citizen surveys this week to evaluate satisfaction with city services.
The city conducts surveys in June, September, December and March by mail and phone. The questions quiz citizens on issues ranging from public safety, parks, communications, and city leadership.
City leaders say the surveys will help them improve services. Results will be presented to the City Council.
ETC Institute from Olathe, Kan. will conduct the survey on behalf of the city.
