I vote for no increase in the electric bill, lord knows that the price on everything is already expensive enough in these hard times.

They've arleady HEARD what their customers want. THEY decided to make the change to green during tough times; not us. $14 may not sound like much until you lose a job. The worst part? What are customers going to do - not pay the bill? I wish we could have more of a choice - they don't care about customers. They just want their money. (BTW, KCPL is for Kansas customers, not Missouri)
