KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The cycle to end violence is a topic widely talked about in Kansas City.
Victims, community organizers, and police met on Saturday at Second Baptist Church on how to stop violence.
They say its multi-layer issue -- one that involves legal and illegal guns getting in the hands of teenagers.
"A lot of our young brothers and sisters don't see opportunities for gainful employment to make positive ways in come so they see other alternative ways,” Dr. Vernon Howard said.
