LONE JACK, Mo. – No one was injured after a Friday afternoon fire completed gutted a house in Lone Jack.
According to reports, firefighters from Lee’s Summit and Lake Lottawana responded to a house fire in rural eastern Jackson County shortly before 2 p.m.
No one was in the home at the time of the fire and no injures were reported.
More than one explosion may have occurred during the fire, but authorities did not know the cause of the explosion, and the cause of the fire remains under investigation.
