Not to mention he was only 20 and should not have even been drinking. I agree with you kckev63. SOOOO insane!!!!!!!!!!!

This is insane! He admits to drinking, driving, hitting and killing a young man and serves 120 "shock" days. Guess that "Mission Hills" money works wonders and when he gets out, mommy and daddy can buy him a new BMW.

I cannot believe this. A person life is nothing anymore, 120 days of shock time...WHATEVER!!! The man he killed will never get a chance to get his life back. Let's watch for this judge next election!
