Hearing Starts for Allegations Made Against Overland Park Doctor

A disciplinary hearing started Monday morning on the license of an Overland Park psychiatrist. The petition filed alleges 23 violations of statutes including violations in writing prescriptions to numerous patients he never examined.

He gets one week for having sex with a patient, whats her going to get now, a one day suspension for each case. This wouldn't have happened if his license was taking from him when he violated the statutes the first time. Healing Arts needs to get some backbone and quit slapping the wrists of these quacks.
