KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Legendary guitarist Eric Clapton will pay a visit to Kansas City early next year, and he's bringing a special guest.
According to Clapton's Web site, the Kansas City concert at Sprint Center on March 3 will be one of 11 U.S. dates.
The concert will feature special guest Roger Daltrey, known best as the lead singer of "The Who."
Clapton's recent concerts have featured a variety of Clapton's music including his biggest solo hits, alongside classic Derek and The Dominos and Blind Faith songs. Joining Clapton on stage will be Steve Gadd on drums, Willie Weeks on bass, Chris Stainton and Walt Richmond on keyboards, and Michelle John and Sharon White as backing vocalists.
The tour kicks off Feb. 25 in Pittsburgh. Ticket information is not yet available.
