I agree with Bond, we do not need a heavier burden on the people of the united states. Plus this bill will unfortunatly increase the power of the federal government. The global warming issue is just a big power grab, for exsample there is warming on other planets, such as pluto and venice, I don't think people had anything to do with that. Sincerly George Sams
