PLATTE COUNTY, Mo. - An 18-year-old man from Camden Point was killed early Sunday in a one-vehicle accident in rural Platte County.
Sheriff's deputies said Kyle Barr's pickup truck struck the side of a bridge on "E" Highway at Jowler Creek, and flipped over into the creek.
Barr was pronounced dead at the scene just after 4 a.m.
He was a volunteer firefighter with Camden Point.
