MISSION, Kan. - You're only as old as you feel as the old saying goes.
This was true for Helen Miller of Mission, Kan., who spent her 90th birthday at the lanes Monday.
Helen told NBC Action News that she's been bowling at Mission Bowl for the past 30 years.
When asked what the secret to a long bowling career was, Helen replied, "I don't know, I just keep bowling and here I am today."
Miller said she has made many lasting friendships during her years bowling and hopes to continue for years to come.
Don’t underestimate Miller’s bowling – family members said she averages over 160 a game.
