Anheuser-Busch InBev Sells Parks

NEW YORK - In a deal worth at least $2.3 billion, Anheuser-Busch InBev will sell its theme parks to private equity firm Blackstone Group.

InBev has been selling assets to help pay for last year's buyout of Anheuser-Busch.

Anheuser-Bush can also get up to $400 million more in returns on Blackstone's initial investment.

Blackstone also owns Universal Studios Orlando and Madame Tussauds Wax Museums.  

Anheuser-Busch InBev owns 10 parks, including three Sea Worlds, two Busch Gardens as well as Sesame Place and Adventure Island.
