KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Police are trying to learn who killed a 52-year-old man near 32nd Street and Agnes Avenue late Saturday night.
At approximately 11:41 p.m., officers were called to investigate a shooting in the 3200 block of Agnes. When officers arrived, they found Ronald E. Whitley of Kansas City, Mo., suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
Whitley was transported to a nearby hospital where he died from his wounds.
Relatives of Whitley said they heard gunshots coming from outside the home when they called police. They found Whitley lying in the driveway.
