BENTON COUNTY, Mo. - Two victims who were killed in a crash involving a cattle trailer have now been identified.
Police say 74 year old Shirley O'Dell and 70 year old Caroline Rogers, both of Richmond, Mo., died in the car accident.
The crash happened about 9:55 Monday morning along U.S. 65, about a mile south of Route HH in Benton County.
O'Dell and Rogers were passengers in a 2008 Lincoln Town Car.
Tommy O'Dell and Lillian Collins, who were also in the car, suffered injuries and were transported to an area hospital.
The four were headed south when their car, driven by Tommy O'Dell, crossed the centerline of U.S. 65 and drove into the northbound lane.
The car struck an oncoming pickup, pulling a cattle trailer.
The Missouri Highway Patrol says that driver suffered no injuries.
