RAYTOWN, Mo. - A Raytown judge is in trouble with the law.
The Raytown Post reports that Municipal Judge Traci Fann was arrested Wednesday evening at her home.
Police officers were responding to a disturbance call. When police got there Fann told them a man was grabbing her and throwing pans.
But he said she was intoxicated.
Officers arrested Fann and the next day she was charged with assault.
