Summary:  High pressure ridge noses its way into the area today.  We'll see the sun, but it won't warm us up much at all.  Winds turn southeast tomorrow and with sunshine we should reach the upper teens.  Another chance of snow returns Wednesday, then some of the coldest air in a decade.
