Summary: A weak frontal boundary has now sagged south of KC, shifting the threat of rain over west central Missouri and east central Kansas.  Tuesday afternoon will become partly cloudy and very humid.  Wednesday and Thursday will have similar set ups before we may have a 3-5 day hot and dry stretch.
