KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- eBay administrators say they will not allow an auction to raise money for the man accused of killing a Kansas abortion doctor.
Scott Roeder's first degree murder trial is set for January.
Prosecutors say he gunned down Dr. George Tiller at his Wichita church.
Other anti-abortion supporters planned to sell things to raise money for Roeder's defense.
Some of the items include a prison cookbook by the woman who shot Dr. Tiller in 1993 and an Army of God manual.
It is an underground publication for anti-abortion supporters and describes ways to shut down clinics, including bombing.
eBay says the items violate its offensive material policy.
