TECUMSEH, Kan. (AP) — A Tecumseh woman, her teenage son and his girlfriend have been charged in the shooting death of the woman's husband in their home.

Gerald S. Eberhardt, 51, was pronounced dead early Sunday after being shot. Neighbors told The Topeka Capital-Journal that he was the owner of Wizz By Auto Sales, a local car dealership.

Detectives arrested Eberhardt's wife, 43-year-old Michelle L. Eberhardt; her son, 19-year-old Scott M. Mosher; and his girlfriend, 21-year-old Stephanie A. Menard.

Eberhardt and Mosher are facing charges of first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit first-degree murder, and Menard was arrested on a conspiracy charge.

The Shawnee County Sheriff's office says deputies were called to the couple's home at 2:59 a.m. Sunday.
