WICHITA, Kan. -- Federal investigators are considering filing charges against the man convicted of killing abortion doctor George Tiller.
According to
the Kansas City Star, investigators are trying to determine if 51-year old Scott Roeder acted alone when he shot Tiller at a Wichita church.
Roeder could face a longer jail sentence for violating a federal law that allows for freedom into abortion clinics.
Roeder was convicted of first degree capital murder and two counts of aggravated assault by a Wichita jury in January.
