Suspects Sought in Culver's Haiti Relief Theft

LIBERTY, Mo. – Police are looking for two people accused of stealing donations for Haitian earthquake victims.

An arrest warrant for stealing has been issued for 25-year-old Scott D. Case, who is pictured to the left.

Police say he and 23-year-old Jessica B. McGannon were the two seen on surveillance video stealing a donation jar off the counter of the Culver’s Restaurant in Liberty. It happened on Jan. 28 around 6:30 p.m.

“How low can you go? I don't know any other way to put it,” Culver’s owner Paul Clause said on Feb. 1.

An arrest warrant for stealing has also been issued for McGannon. A picture of her was not available.

The last known address was in the 800 block of East 21st in North Kansas City.
