JOHNSON COUNTY, Kan. – A 41-year-old Olathe man is in jail facing rape charges.
David D. Brewer is accused of raping a female victim under the age of 14.
The incident allegedly happened in November 2007, but it wasn’t reported until November 2009.
The victim and Brewer reportedly know each other.
Brewer is being held in jail on a $150,000 bond.
