KANSAS CITY, Mo. - A Kansas City teenager is accused of raping an 8-year-old girl in a Northland apartment.
Clay County prosecutors charged Christopher J. Thomas Jr.with statutory rape.

The victim and her brother got into an argument and Thomas took the girl to a back bedroom, according to court documents.
Thomas forced the girl onto a mattress and raped her, the documents state.
The girl's brother came into the bedroom and told Thomas to stop. Thomas allegedly used a Taser on the boy's right arm.
A second attack later that night and once again the girl's brother tried to stop Thomas, according to court documents.
Thomas again shot the boy with a Taser. Thomas threatened to harm both children if they told anyone what happened, according to court documents.
Police arrested Thomas and questioned him about the attacks.
He admitted to sexually assaulting the child and told police he was molested as a child, according to court documents.
Thomas also said he had a dream about the molestation the night before and wanted to make "someone feel like he did,'' the documents state.
Thomas also told detectives he sexually assaulted a toddler.
He said he frequently looks at pornography and is uncomfortable with girls his own age, according to court documents. Thomas also admitted beating his sister and having sex with juvenile relatives.
He told police if he were not in jail he could not be sure if he would do those kinds of things again.
