Cooking instructions:
If you're using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least an hour before putting them on the grill. This will allow them more time on the grill without immediately burning.
Rotate a slice of bell pepper, onion, mushroom, tomato, and either shrimp or Andouille Sausage until the skewer is full. This will most likely be two to three pieces of each. Brush them down with Olive Oil and dust with Jazz Bon Temps Seasoning. Place on the grill for about three minutes on each side, or until fully cooked, depending on how hot you have your grill.
