For the Dough:
2 Cups Lukewarm Water
1 Packet Active-Dry Yeast
2 Tablespoons Sugar
2 Teaspoons Salt
1 Teaspoon Cracked Black Pepper
5 Cups Flour
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Place the water and yeast in a small bowl and allow to sit for 10 minutes. In a separate bowl combine all remaining ingredients aside from olive oil. Create a small well in the middle of the large bowl and add the water and yeast. Using a large spoon, stir until dough begins to form. Using your hands, continue working with the dough and kneading it for 3 to 4 minutes within the bowl. If dough becomes too sticky, add more flour. After kneading is complete, add oil to the bowl and toss dough to coat. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and allow to dough to double in size.
After dough has doubled punch down and form into six small balls of dough. Using your hands or a rolling pin form each into an eight inch pizza crust and store until ready to grill.
