1 pkg[14oz] Johnsonville® Bold Jalapeno Cheddar Sausages.
1 pkg Refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits Bake according to package instructions.
6 each Eggs Beaten
¼ Cup Half and Half
1 Tablespoon Butter
To Season-Salt and Pepper
1 jar Cheese Whiz Warmed in Microwave
1 pound Pepper Bacon Cooked and Crumbled
Method:
1. Prepare sausages according to package instructions. Slice into ½ inch slices. Reserve warm.
2. Prepare the biscuits according to the package instructions and reserve warm.
3. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and half and half together. Season with salt and pepper
4. Add the eggs to a sauté pan with butter and scramble until just set.
5. Prepare bacon according to package instructions. Crumble and reserve warm.
6. Warm the cheese sauce in microwave just prior to serving.
To Build the Cowboy Sandwich Cups
1. Place a warm biscuit into each cup.
2. Top the biscuit with sausage slices.
3. Top the sausage slices with scrambled egg.
4. Top the eggs with cheese sauce.
5. Top each cup with crumbled bacon.
6. Serve and enjoy.
