Birthdays and the Moon

Forty years ago Neil Armstrong landed on the moon.  It was the first time in history man walked on the moon.  I have always held this as a special moment.  July 20^th is also my birthday.  So every time I hear the date linked to Neil Armstrong I always think of July 20^th.  It’s funny how we often link moments in history to our own lives.  Just think of all the New Year’s birthdays.  Some come with great pride and joy others are a matter of unfortunate circumstance such as September 11^th.  Does your birthday fall on a significant day in the nation’s history?  Let us know.
