Birthdays and the Moon

Forty years ago Neil Armstrong landed on the moon.  It was the first time in history man walked on the moon.  I have always held this as a special moment.  July 20th is also my birthday.  So every time I hear the date linked to Neil Armstrong I always think of July 20th.  It’s funny how we often link moments in history to our own lives.  Just think of all the New Year’s birthdays.  Some come with great pride and joy others are a matter of unfortunate circumstance such as September 11th.  Does your birthday fall on a significant day in the nation’s history?  Let us know.
