BBQ Sandwiches

1 pkg Johnsonville® Hot and Spicy Bratwurst Prepare according to package instructions. S
6 each Eggs Beaten
¼ Cup Half and Half
1 Tablespoon Butter
To Season-Salt and Pepper
1 pound Smoked Pork Chopped
½ Cup Favorite Barbecue Sauce
5 slices Smoked Cheddar Cheese
10 slices Texas Toast Buttered
To cover-Butter Softened

Method:
1. Prepare sausages according to package instructions. Slice into ½ inch slices. Reserve warm.
2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and half and half together and season with salt and pepper.
3. In a sauté pan, scramble the eggs until just set, reserve warm.
4. Warm smoked pork in microwave and reserve warm.
5. Butter the bread on one side.

To Build the Barbecue Sandwiches
1. Place a slice of bread down with the buttered side down.
2. Top the slice with sausage slices.
3. Top the sausage with egg.
4. Top the egg with smoked pork.
5. Drizzle the entire surface of the sandwich with barbecue sauce.
6. Top the sandwich with cheese.
7. Place another butter slice of bread with buttered side facing out.
8. Put the entire sandwich in a grill press at 400*F and toast until golden brown.
9. Serve and enjoy.
