3 Ears Of Fresh Local Corn (shucked)
3 Tabl. XV Olive Oil
2 Teasp. Balsamic Glaze
1/4 cup Red Bell Pepper Chopped
1/4 Cup Red Onion Chopped
8-10 Basil Leaves
1/4 cup Green Onion
1/2 cup provolone (cubed)
Remove all corn from cob.
Place all ingredients in a bowl and toss gently.
Chill 2 hours before serving.
