Jasper Mirabile's Grilled Italian Sausages & Brats In A "Hot Tub"1 Onion quartered
1 Tabl. Butter
2 Bottles Italian Beer
4 Jasper's Italian Sausages
4 Bratwurst
8 Buns
Prepare charcoal grill. Place a foil pan on fire, add butter and onions and saute 2-3 minutes. Add beer, Italian sausage and brats and cook in boiling "Hot Tub" 30 Minutes. Remove brats and sausages from "Hot Tub" and place directly on grill 4-5 minutes. Place on buns and add your favorite condiments.
