TORONTO – Do you want to know why your baby is crying? Now there’s an app for that.
It’s called the ‘Cry Translator’ and it claims to be able to tell you what is upsetting your little one.
After listening to a baby’s cry for ten seconds, the app will light up an icon. The icons will show whether the baby is hungry, tired, bored, sleepy, stressed or just uncomfortable.
Biloop Technology, the App’s creator, says that the program is designed to help parents identify what is distressing their child but stress that it is not meant to be a substitute for a doctor.
