Experts Say Kids Exercise in Winter More When Dressed Appropriately

If you want to keep your children active during the winter months, make sure they are dressed warmly.

Day care operators who participated in a survey say how appropriately a child dresses influences how much exercise that child gets during the winter.

Those surveyed said children who are not dressed warmly may lead to the whole class to staying inside on a cold day rather than go outside to play.
