Police point out three things to look for that might indicate there are some suspicious things going on in your neighborhood.
1) Cars you do not recognize pull up to the home at all hours of the day and night.
2) People in those cars go inside immediately and stay for a short period.
3) The person living in the home does not take out trash or hires a private company
to pick it up.
Prairie Village police recently arrested two women living in the city and charged them with operating a prostitution business out of their home. The women are accused of advertising on Craigslist. Police tell the NBC Action News Investigators they often scan ads in websites like Craigslist for activity that may be happening in their city. They also investigate citizen complaints.
Investigators said if people suspect strange activity, they need to contact their local police.
