JoCo Museum Halloween for Kids - Oct. 31

The Johnson County Museum will host an afternoon of Halloween Fun on Saturday, October 31, 2009 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Johnson County Museum of History.

The Museum of History is located at 6305 Lackman Road in Shawnee, Kansas.

Appropriate for children ages 7 and younger. The event is free to the public.

Story Teller Melva Hargett tells entertaining Halloween tales at 1:00 p.m. in the museums education center.

Following the fun festivities of story time, the celebration continues with crafts and a treat bag of Halloween goodies for kids.

Visitors are encouraged to wear their Halloween costumes.
