Dow Hits 10,000

The Dow Jones Industrial Average is back above 10,000 for the first time in a year.

It hit 10,000.1 at about 12:20 Wednesday and closed at 10,017.

Wall Street is hoping this is a sign investors are confident in the economy's recovery.
